Yesterday, we had a dimensional merge.

What is a dimensional merge? It is when one dimension that holds a higher, more coherent vibration merges with a lower dimension.

Dimensional merges happen when an increase of harmonic light streams onto the planet, which results in an increase in consciousness on the planet.

*When I recorded this Cup, it took about 30 minutes to feel the release of tension... You might have experienced shortness of breath, headaches, irritability, nausea, anxiety, confusion, fatigue, dizziness, or strange eye or vision issues.

• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and your Teams to reference all of the dimensions where you are expressing yourself that are experiencing dimensional merges.
• Light language and toning to help you move your grids into harmonic stable dimensions.
• Reference the dimensions that you could hold your energy that are harmonic and stable.
• Bring all of your energy into these harmonic realms.
• Stabilize yourself in these harmonic realms.
