• Inhale through your nose resilience.
• Breathe in discernment.
• Invite the energetic aspect of you to reference the energetic aroma of resilience and discernment.
• Use the exhale to release all that is discordant vibrations that no longer serve.
• Light language chant to assist the release.

Use your breath to increase resilience and discernment which increases your capacity to release.
