Today the energy is all about the heart.
Use today's Cup to clean and open your heart charka.
The more open your heart, the more you receive in all areas of your life.
You may have dreams or thoughts regarding those that you have engaged with in the past where there is a moment of forgiveness or healing.
Hold space for a healing and an opening.
This cup can also help lift fatigue and the heart weariness.
- Take a deep breath in and place your hand on your heart chakra.
- Invite your Guides and Ascended Masters to encircle you.
- Place your hand on your heart chakra.
- Bring in sounds, colors, and light to clean your heart chakra.
- Clear all anxiety and stress off your heart chakra.
- Tones to clean your heart chakra.
- Balance, clean, harmonize, and align all of the crystalline structures around your heart chakra.
- Open your heart to the receive more of the light of your essence.
Open to receive the light of your essence in every breath and model that in the world.
